With technical assistance from GIZ CUSP, CEED collaborated with Gulu District Local Government and held workshops for civil society organizations under the energy sector and Gulu DLG officials aimed at enhancing more appreciation and understanding of the need for stakeholders to collaborate to craft an agreed pathway to achieve the goal of addressing energy barriers through maximizing an effective coordination mechanism. The three-month energy change project was supported with funds from the European Union and the German Government.
