Executive Director

Labeja Julius Acire comes from a programs management background and completed his Bachelors Degree in Development Studies with specializations in Participatory Methods in Rural Social Development, Research Methods, and Enterprise Development. He also holds certificates in Project Monitoring & Evaluation and Project Planning & Management from Makerere University.

Julius has over five years of experience in significant Strategic and Operational Management gained while working with national, regional and international projects & NGOs, including the International Red Cross, Norwegian Refugee Council, Arbeita Samarita Band, and the World Food Program in Northern Uganda. He later worked for 3 years in Kampala with two social enterprise organizations; The Achievers Foundation and The R.A.I.S.E Program, where he worked as Project Coordinator and Project Manager, respectively.

Julius is passionate about community empowerment, nurturing youth programs, and education. He is committed to supporting social entrepreneurship and building teams that deliver long term impact and growth.
