We are seeking proposals from qualified consultants and/or consulting firms to develop a five-year comprehensive strategic plan that will focus on the organization’s values, services, and vision for the future.
The consultancy will work alongside CEED leadership and stakeholders to conduct a needs analysis, establish clear and agreed-upon objectives, assess the effectiveness of the existing vision/orientation, and co-create an actionable strategy to enable streamlined operations, communications, and a communications, and achievement of organizational objectives
Assignment
Under the overall supervision and guidance of CEED Concordia’s Board of Directors and Executive Leadership, and in close collaboration with CEED Partners, Concordia University, and key stakeholders, the consultant(s) will be responsible for developing a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan for CEED Concordia. The consultant(s) will lead a participatory and inclusive planning process that meaningfully engages CEED’s staff, Board members, Concordia students, faculty members, alumni, and community pa partners to ensure broad ownership and alignment with CEED’s vision and mission. As part of this process, the consultant will facilitate the development of a Theory of Change (ToC) to articulate how CEED’s activities and partnerships contribute to its desired long-term outcomes. The ToC will form the foundation of the Strategic Plan and guide the formulation of strategic priorities, measurable objectives, and performance indicators. The It is expected that the Strategic Plan will strengthen CEED’s institutional capacity and strategic positioning to advance experiential learning, youth leadership, and community development initiatives across its network. The plan should provide a clear framework to enhance CEED’s role in promoting sustainable development, equity, and innovation through collaborative research, advocacy, partnerships, and transformative learning experiences. Furthermore, the Strategic Plan will serve as a guiding document to enable CEED to deepen its impact and sustainability over the 2026–2031 period
