CEED Concordia was recently featured on the Universities Canada website as they put the spotlight on the Tech Ed Program which received funding from the Global Skills Opportunity pilot program. Global Skills Opportunity pilot program is an integral component of the Government of Canada’s International Education Strategy whose mission is to provide thousands of postsecondary students with invaluable international study and work experiences, strengthening their global skills and competencies.
Tech Ed was featured as one of the projects that successfully adapted its international internship mandate in response to the Covid-19. The innovative way CEED shifted the Tech Ed program online has transformed how Canadian interns can participate in international development projects in a meaningful and sustainable way.
